One main problems dog shelters face is funding. The funding problem creates many problems as well. Time being one of them. We set out to create a system that allowed shelter workers to get available dogs out in front of the public, quickly, easily and without an extensive training process on how to use it. We decided to create a gallery that used Instagram as a content management system. Workers would take a picture of the pup, hashtag it with a couple vital stats and it was instantly up on our site. This is some of that techsploitation that would make Bob Barker and Betty White jump up out of their Oops, I Crapped My Pants dungarees.
